- Substandard Packaging: The packaging has sustained more than normal shelf wear
- Used or Loose: These terms are applied to listings for items that are pre-owned. Pre-owned items are a great bargain if you are not concerned with being the original owner. Unless otherwise noted, loose items are complete. Any missing parts or damage is documented in the item's summary listing.
Stuckakid.com inspects every shipment against your customer account before it is mailed out to you, this allows us to virtually eliminate shipping you the incorrect item. In the event of an error (we are human after all), we will pay any return shipping costs and resolve any errors with you personally to ensure the quickest resolution possible. We want you to be happy. If you're not happy, we're not happy!
Stuckakid.com takes great care in packing and shipping your purchases, and will never knowingly ship you broken merchandise. While stuckakid.com can not be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping, we understand that sometimes, manufacturer defects slip past the manufacturer's quality control systems. If this is the case with an item in your order, please Contact Us immediately so that we may work with you to resolve the situation. We at stuckakid.com understand how much a toy with two left feet or missing missiles sucks. We're collectors too!
Returns to our store for any other reason will be honored under the following conditions:
- the item is returned to us in the same condition it was sent out
- the returns process is initiated within ten (10) calendar days of the date of delivery as provided by the USPS tracking system
To initiate the returns process, please Contact Us with your order number, the item(s) that you are returning and a written explanation as to why the item(s) are being returned. We will respond with directions on how to return the item to us, as well as the terms of the return.
Upon receipt of your return, stuckakid.com will issue a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) returned. If the item is returned due to manufacturer defect or an error on our part, shipping costs will also be refunded.
