By placing a PRE-ORDER, you agree to purchase the said item(s) as soon as they are delivered to our warehouse. For all PRE-ORDERS, stuckakid will reserve the item(s) ordered and ship them directly to you on the date we receive the PRE-ORDER item(s) into stock.

PRE-ORDER Payment

All PRE-ORDERS must be made with a valid Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card at check-out. PayPal is not accepted for PRE-ORDERS.

Any orders received via PayPal will be refunded and the related PRE-ORDER canceled. Your card will be authorized at the time you place your PRE-ORDER. Your card will be charged 3-7 days before we receive the PRE-ORDER item(s) in your order.

At the time that your PRE-ORDER is ready to ship (normally, 3-7 days before the item(s) arrive to our warehouse) you will be charged for any balance on your PRE-ORDER. No guarantee can be assumed on a PRE-ORDER in which the Credit Card used to place the order is declined when charged.

In most cases, you will not be charged for your order until it is completed and ready to ship. However, stuckakid.com reserves the right to charge credit cards for the amount of the purchase price of any item that is being held and/or reserved on your behalf while waiting for other items to arrive to complete the order. In many cases, this applies to PRE-ORDERS who's delivery is held up in waiting for a future PRE-ORDER item; or a significantly large amount of In-Stock items being held and/or reserved on your behalf. In these instances, you will only be charged for the item's retail value and you will only be charged for shipping once your PRE-ORDER is completed and ready to ship. You will be notified via email anytime stuckakid.com charges your card on PRE-ORDER item(s).

PRE-ORDER Guarantee

In the event of a manufacturer or distribution shortage, all PRE-ORDERS will be allotted on a "first come, first served" basis. This is important to keep in mind, especially with exclusive or limited run items. We list expected arrival dates in all PRE-ORDER listings. We also limit purchasable quantities on PRE-ORDER items to realistic numbers that we expect to receive. All expected dates are subject to change due to delay in product from the manufacturer / distributor or in the event that we receive damaged product.

stuckakid.com will keep you informed of any official changes or delays on your PRE-ORDER. To ensure that you receive all official communications in regards to your PRE-ORDERS, it is imperative that you keep a valid email account on file with stuckakid.com and that you ensure that system generated emails from stuckakid.com are not being sent to your spam or junk folders.

PRE-ORDER Shipment

Each order placed on stuckakid.com is considered a single shipment. Your order will be processed and shipped once all of the items in the order have been received and inspected by stuckakid.com.

Single PRE-ORDER item in order: A PRE-ORDER for an singular item will ship within 24 hours of arrival at our warehouse. If you place a PRE-ORDER for an item which arrives at the same time as another PRE-ORDER, stuckakid.com will automatically combine the shipment to save you on shipping.

Multiple PRE-ORDER items in order: If you place a PRE-ORDER for 2 different items with 2 different expected ship dates, your order will only ship once all items have been received. Please place separate orders for multiple PRE-ORDER item(s) with variant expected dates if you would like them to be shipped immediately on the particular item(s) expected ship date.

PRE-ORDER items and In-Stock mixed orders: If you place an order for a PRE-ORDER item in addition to an item currently in stock, stuckakid will hold the item currently in stock and ship your order in full once your PRE-ORDER item(s) arrive. Please place a separate order for in stock items if you would like for them to ship immediately. stuckakid.com reserves the right to charge your Credit Card for any In-Stock or items being held on your behalf.
