PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Option #1: Major Credit Cards ~ Visa, Mastercard & Discover

You can pay directly with your credit or debit cards directly on the stuckakid.com website. Your credit card information is transmitted securely to our processing gateway via an encrypted SSL certificate using 128-bit encryption. At checkout, your card is immediately authorized and will then be charged within 24 hours. Your order is processed and shipped as soon as your card is charged.

For your security and protection, all credit card payments are verified against both the card's billing address, as well as, the CVV Number [More Info] on the back of your card. Please ensure that your billing address matches the address on file with your credit card company and that you have the correct CCV Number to ensure a successful checkout.

Payment Option #2: PayPal ~ Instant Transfer & American Express

If you choose to pay for your order through PayPal, you will be automatically taken to the PayPal Payment Details page after you click the Confirm Order button. Once you successfully complete the PayPal payment process, you will be brought back to the stuckakid website and you will see a "Your Order Has Been Placed" message. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation of your completed order, at the email address you specify in your account profile.

American Express credit card payments can also be conveniently processed securely through PayPal. PayPal has optimized their checkout experience by launching an exciting new improvement to their payment flow. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether to save your information for future purchases.

One of these options should appear on the first PayPal screen allowing you to pay by credit card without needing to create an account.

Note: if you are an existing PayPal member, you can either use your account, or use a credit card that is not associated with a PayPal account. In that case you'd also need to use an email address that's not associated with a PayPal account.

Payment Option #3: Money Order

If you choose to pay for your purchase(s) by Money Order, your order will be complete after you click the Confirm Order button and you are expected to remit payment immediately.

• Domestic US Money Orders:
  Due within 5 Business Days of the Date of the order placed on stuckakid.com

• International Money Orders:
  Due within 10 Business Days of the Date of the order placed on stuckakid.com

If in 5 business days we have not yet received your money order, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified at the email address listed in your account profile. International orders must be received within 10 business days to avoid the risk of order cancellation. In any case, if we receive your payment after the deadline and your order has been cancelled, we will do our best to try and fill the order. If we are unable to fill the order you will be notified via email and your payment will be returned to you.

Please note: If you are not a resident of the domestic United States, then your payment must be submitted in the form of an INTERNATIONAL Money Order and only in US Dollars (USD).

SHIPPING

Stuckakid.com offers the speedy shipment of your purchase(s) exclusively through the United States Postal Service.

In no case will we ship an order without first having received and verified payment-in-full. A secure and valid shipping address is mandatory at the time of check-out. stuckakid.com will ship to the Shipping Address as detailed in your order and no guarantee can be made on lost shipments verified as being delivered to a customer provided Shipping Address.

For orders paid successfully with a credit card directly on the stuckakid.com website, we begin shipping as soon as your card is charged. For orders paid by PayPal instant cash transfer or credit card, we will begin shipping as soon as the money registers in our PayPal account. For orders paid through PayPal E-Checks, your package(s) will ship once the bank is able to clear the check and the money appears in our account. For orders paid by Money Order, your package(s) will ship upon receipt of the Money Order.

If your order is being shipped to an address in the United States, (including Hawaii and Alaska), DOMESTIC rates apply. You have the option of shipping your package one of two ways;

• Priority Mail (a.k.a. Fast, 2-3 days)
• Express Mail (a.k.a. Faster, 1-2 days)

If your order is being shipped to any country other then the United States, including Canada, INTERNATIONAL rates apply. You may opt to ship your package by either;

• Priority Mail International (6-10 days)
• Express Mail International (3-5 days)

The (obligatory) warning about International Orders: We are required by United States law to declare the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the item(s) in your package and to mark the customs form as "Merchandise". We are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or other miscellaneous fees that may be applied to your package by your country's customs office, nor are we responsible for delays in delivery caused by the customs offices in your country. We are required by US law to fill out these forms accurately and lawfully and there will be no exceptions.

Each shipment method includes a different type of shipping identifier that you can utilize once it leaves our warehouse:

• Domestic Priority Mail is shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number.
• Domestic Express Mail is shipped with a Tracking number.
• Priority Mail International is shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number, and a Customs number.
• Express Mail International is shipped with both a Tracking number, and a Customs number.
